In keeping with the rules and regulations set forth and enforced by the Office for Civil Rights, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Age Discrimination Act of 1975; Regulations of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, issued pursuant to these status at Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 80, 84, and 91; Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. Section 12101 et seq.) to the extent that Act applies to Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, and to ensure that all employees, patients, families and the public are thus informed, Plum Creek Recovery Ranch does not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate against any person on the grounds of age, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, sex, religion or disability, in admission to, participation in, or receipts of the services and benefits under any of its programs and activities, whether carried out by the facility directly, or through a contractor or any other entity with which the facility arranges to carry out its programs and activities.

Additionally, Plum Creek Recovery Ranch shall not discriminate based on a client’s disability and shall comply with Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 161, Subchapter S (relating to Allocation of Kidneys and Other Organs Available for Transplant).
